Joel H. Sachs will be the Chair of a program sponsored by the New York State Bar Association on the Zombie House Crisis at its 2017 Annual Meeting of the Property Law Section, to be held on January 26, 2017.
The Zombie Housing crisis has caused major problems for municipalities, the lending community and property owners. In June 2016, Governor Cuomo signed a comprehensive law to address the Zombie Housing issue.
