Suzanne E. Volpe

Professional Experience

Together with members and other associates in the firm, Suzanne Volpe provides General Counsel services to numerous public school districts in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Nassau Counties, NY.  Ms. Volpe provides advice to boards of education and school district administrators regarding all aspects of school district operations. She represents school districts in litigation before administrative tribunals and both federal and state courts, as well as in appeals to the Commissioner of Education. Ms. Volpe helps clients limit litigation and ensure that appropriate services are being provided to all students. 

Ms. Volpe joined the firm in 2008 after serving as an agency attorney intern at the Administration for Children’s Services of New York City.
