Jennifer L. Gray

Jennifer Gray's practice is devoted to the areas of planning and zoning, and litigation pertaining to land use, municipal and real estate matters. Ms. Gray presents applications to municipal boards on behalf of private sector clients, and also has served as counsel to local planning and zoning boards. Her litigation experience includes challenges to land use determinations of municipal boards, including matters related to SEQRA compliance. Ms. Gray joined the firm in 2006 following her graduation from law school.

Ms. Gray is a lecturer on issues related to land development and zoning for the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and local bar associations. For instance, Ms. Gray presented “Land Use Law Update” to the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation (2010) and "New York Brownfields Law" to the Rockland County Bar Association (2006).
