James W. Borkowski

James Borkowski handles all aspects of litigation at the trial and appellate levels. His practice includes the representation of insurance carriers, corporations and individuals in the defense of personal injury, product liability and construction-related claims. Mr. Borkowski also handles commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes. From 1998 through 2009, Mr. Borkowski was the Town Justice for the Town of Southeast. He joined the firm in 2003.

Community Service
Mr. Borkowski is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Driscoll Lodge #704 and a regular participant in The Hudson River Swim for Life. He formerly served as a Trustee of The Melrose School in Brewster, NY and as a Vestryman with the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Somers.
