Donna Frosco practices in the areas of licensing, copyright, trademark, environmental and construction laws in both litigation and transactions and workouts. As the founder of Keane & Beane’s Intellectual Property & Technology Law practice, Ms. Frosco regularly represents clients regarding the protection of proprietary property and intellectual property infringement and counsels both private and public entities concerning the adoption of technology policies, website regulation and content protection, trade secret protection, non-competition and issues particular to companies and personnel in technology industries and the arts.
Ms. Frosco represents clients in all phases of private construction projects (i.e. negotiation, contract preparation, mechanic's lien issues, arbitration) and serves as General Counsel to a New York contractor specializing in renovation and historical restorations.
Ms. Frosco also represents clients in complex and multi-party litigation. Her matters often involve work with expert witnesses and consultants in diverse areas ranging from the arts to technologies such as hydrogeology, environmental engineering, and radio frequency engineering. For example, Ms. Frosco served as lead trial counsel for the firm’s client in successfully defending against $40 million in claims in Prisco v. A&D Carting, Corp., et al. and was one of only two attorneys who successfully argued on behalf of the multiple defendants resulting in a decision which set forth the standard in the Second Circuit for transporter liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). She also served as lead trial counsel in Fortress Bible v. Feiner, obtaining a decision in federal court under the Civil Rights Act and the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) awarding injunctive relief and damages to a local church that was prevented by a municipality from building a house of worship and religious school on 6.5 acres of church-owned property.
She joined Keane & Beane in 1993 after previously practicing law in San Francisco, CA.

She also is a National Institute of Trial Attorneys certificate recipient.
