Professional Experience

Andrew Tureaud is a litigator and routinely handles real property title disputes, creditor’s rights, foreclosure, landlord-tenant issues and commercial claims.  He appears on behalf of clients in state courts throughout the Hudson Valley region, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court. 

He is qualified to accept judicial appointment as a Receiver and/or Referee in foreclosure actions pending in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties, NY.  Mr. Tureaud joined the firm in 2007 with several years of experience handling real property title disputes, creditor’s rights, foreclosure, landlord-tenant issues and commercial claims.

Professional Activities/Publications

Mr. Tureaud is a frequent CLE lecturer on foreclosure for the New York State Bar Association and has also lectured to institutional lenders on creditor’s rights in bankruptcy.
