Patrick O'Sullivan joined Keane & Beane, P.C. in 1997.  Mr. O'Sullivan practices in our business transactions, elder law, real estate and trusts and estates departments.  He lists among his clients Fortune 500 Companies, municipalities, developers, small business owners and non-for-profit organizations.

Mr. O'Sullivan regularly represents both public and private entities in varied business transactions.  He has extensive experience in representing charitable organizations and not-for-profit entities under New York State's Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.  Mr. O'Sullivan also counsels clients concerning estate planning and administration.

Before joining Keane & Beane, P.C., Mr. O'Sullivan was an associate at a law firm in New York City where his practice focused on business transactions, not-for-profit entities, estate planning and administration.

Mr. O'Sullivan is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in New York, as well as the United States Tax Court.
