Professional Biography

David Glasser joined Keane & Beane, P.C. in 1981 and became a Member of the firm in 1985.  His practice focuses on estate planning, probate and estate and trust administration, real estate and corporate and commercial transactions.  Mr. Glasser works extensively with families to assist them in planning for the transfer of wealth to later generations and in the administration of decedents' estates.  He acts as counsel in commercial and residential real estate conveyance, leasing and financing transactions and represents many condominiums, cooperative apartment corporations and their sponsors.

Mr. Glasser has combined his professional expertise and his interest in community affairs, serving as a member of the Planned Giving Professional Advisory Board of Blythedale Children's Hospital, Valhalla, New York and Chair and Director of the Westchester Business and Professional Leaders Division of UJA Federation of New York.  He was formerly Vice-Chair and Director of the Benjamin N. Cardoza Society of UJA-Federation of New York.  He has also served as President of Temple Israel Center of White Plains and as a member of the congregation's Executive Committee and Board of Trustees.
