Stephanie L. Burns joined Keane & Beane, P.C. in 1997 after graduating from Pace University School of Law. She practices in the firm's commercial litigation, construction, land use and zoning, employment and municipal law practice areas. Ms. Burns regularly defends public and private sector employers in federal civil rights actions, which include discrimination and retaliation claims. She also represents clients in federal and state courts in matters involving land use, municipal, construction, landlord/tenant and commercial disputes.
Ms. Burns is a member of the Diversity Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association and chairs its subcommittee that is responsible for a high school student intern program. Ms. Burns is also a Delegate to the House of Delegates of the New York State Bar Association.
